I went to the shop to find an office chair. A young man called Olivier helped me out. He let me sit in a few chairs. When I found one I liked, he checked that it was available. It was. I told him I’d think about it. He went ahead, anticipated my needs, and pulled it out of inventory for me. When I went back to tell him I wanted the chair, it was ready to go. Olivier is a top class employee at your location. The lady at the cash was not as helpful, but Olivier saved my experience. Thank you!
