People, just try call them, their is this very bad AI voice recognition... then try their website NEVER up to date, they saying they have stock but its always false. Then... how the hell call by my name when I never gave you my name on the phone.nHome Depot makes money because people don't know how canac have far more greater quality and client service...

Smart lock malfunctioned and since it is past 90 days, they say we have to go directly to the manufacturer. However, in Quebec, the retailer has to respect the legal warranty, so offer a replacement or reimbursement. The store director was arrogant and disrespectful. I will never buy ever again at Home Depot.

Good and not so good. Don't put faith in the reviews. Many clearly do not know what they are doing and publicly posting it. And the company also removes reviews that they deem hurtful to their business. Like mentioning why a Air Conditioner that lasted only 2 yrs suddenly costs $100 more than two yrs ago for the same product. The only change is the front panel!

I have been doing some diy and they are always there to help and explain how to do it and the right material.
