We simply tried to get the coordinates of the measurements / installation team to re-schedule and appointment we had already indicated was likely to need rescheduling and were given a 2 hour run around on the phone with no success, and no one taking responsibility to help / sort out. Awful experience - we cancelled the contract and will take our business elsewhere.nnps. Relative to the Home Depot response - I have closed my Facebook and Twitter accounts, so cannot get in touch that way. I have spent too much time on the phone with Home Depot already. Lots of choices for the house, inside and outside renovation. Hundreds of brands with many fully available to see it out of the box or try. Prices are up ranged but when discounted a great choice for homeowners.

Went into the store, everything was well indicated as well as very clean.nI asked where I can find the airconditioners, and without any hesitation she directed me right to them very politely. Got myself a shopping cart and found what I wanted, exactly as shown on the stores website.nWhile I was there needed to step into the men's room, very clean except had no more paper towel to dry your hands. Besides that extremely satisfied with the whole experience, excellent products, pleasant staff, plenty of parking and a super atmosphere.

This is our go to! Staff is present and ready to help. I've been there on several occasions and found them very helpful. You feel seen, they say hi and make eye contact, which honestly nowadays is just not like that. I truly appreciated the help to bring and lift bags of sand for me to my car. I recommend :

We’ve been a few times and sometimes we get great customer service, but more frequently we are completely ignored or dismissed by the employees on the floor. When we went to buy a shower the other day, two young employees came to assist us after we had requested help 30 min prior. The attitude and apathy from these employees struck us both as so strange, and they said they couldn’t get us the shower that they had in stock. When we just ordered the items online and did store pickup, we were met with the same apathy with the employee at the client desk. Experience was redeemed slightly by a couple of very nice employees during our last time there.
