IHOP

We went here to celebrate a friend's birthday celebration, I tell you the staff here went above and beyond to make sure her guests of 35 - 40+ people were satisfied. Every staff members attitude was excellent especially under stressful conditions. I was extremely delighted to see and receive such excellent service especially in a African American Community.

We are from the area, but had never tried this IHOP. We had high hopes. We were disappointed too soon. The food took what seemed forever to be served. By the time it came, it wasn't warm. My fries were piping hot though. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Melt...it was atrocious. The cheese wasn't melted and the taste was overall not good. It didn't help that the sandwich wasn't warm. My husband and son each had the Chicken & Waffles. My son's tenders were fried extra hard, but the waffle was good. My husband's chicken tasted a little funny and the waffle was bland. You could tell it was from a different batter than the kids waffle. We usually finish our food or take leftovers to go...we did neither of those today. For almost $50, we expected way more. We agreed to never step foot here again. *Pic of my sandwich for reference.*

Ordered 55+ fish meal. If I had 10 fries it would have been a miracle. Plate was dirty. Was sent back. No tarter sauce. 2 little square pieces of fish. Just horrible. Homeless young man in lobby. I felt for him. No visible management on premises. Took a picture of my order.

Joseph was my server. He was very attentive and on point. I didn’t have to wait for anything and he was just amazing. The food was good and fresh too. Best service I’ve had in a long time.

I have been to this location twice recently, bc my dad LOVES to go out for breakfast so we go out almost every weekend and I am very happy with the manager there I don't know if she is new. On my 1st visit, 2 weeks ago, a customer was being unnecessarily obnoxious and impatient at a time where they were SUPER busythe busiest I seen most restaurants since Covid and the staff was bustling to say the least, trying to accommodate customers. They seemed to have a process where the main servwr would take the order but someone else might bring it, possibly 2 people if you had a large party. I was paying attention to these type of details as I observed how busy everyone was. This unkind lady decided to complain bc a nearby table was served SECONDS before her, because she had been seated before them! I felt bad for the young lady who was her server as she berated her and asked to speak to the manager. It was even more embarrassing because both females looked like me, and since I was in the next booth, I saw and heard most of the interactions. I was so upset by the display that after the rude lady left, I had to take the time to not only speak to that young server and to the manager and to commend them BOTH for how the restaurant was working hard to get customers served quickly. On my more recent visit last Sunday, the restaurant was slower and I noticed that same manager actually greeting customers after they were seated and took their orders and worked with the servers to make sure tables were getting whatever they needed as quickly as possible. It was impressive to see, and I will definitely keep visiting this location. Keep up the great work !

If you care about service an excellent food do not come to this restaurant. I had family visiting from out of town and took them there for breakfast. It took 35 minutes to get your food and another 10 minutes to bring silverware. When the food arrived was coldFood: 1/5

Would give this place 2 stars based on the food alone, but our server was amazing so she deserves a star all to herself. While waiting for our food we could overhear other patrons complaining about receiving the wrong food. My strawberry banana pancakes had half frozen strawberries, the milkshake was liquified and not very cold, my partner’s English muffin was half toasted, portions were small. I will never eat at this location again.

Worst service ever. Came in a few weeks ago at 7am. Waited 10 mins to be seated. Heard the staff laughing and joking in the kitchen, yet no one came out to seat me so I left. Gave it another try this morning, not one person there to seat me again. Left again. Plus, garbage all over front walk way coming in with trash over flowing from bin. Stay away from this place

This was the worst experience in my life.. I was treated horrible by staff.. over looked and unappreciated. I will never come to this establishment again.. steak was burnt to a crisp and still attempted to be served to me! We never received our drinks after 45-50m the waiter who said he was a manager came to take our order.. again what I ordered came as burnt as toast and I ordered a medium steak. I am so mad I left without taking pictures. Zero stars in my opinion, this place shouldn’t even be open

The food was a bit burned,but still tasted good. I was with a group of people and there were a few hiccups with our food. One meal was returned twice. Joseph did a good job with our huge table. He was attentive and thoughtful.Food: 2/5
