Enjoyed the food. Great atmosphere. Been here a few times and always had a good experience. Parking: Big parking lot but could use some fixing/resurfacing Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get into the building

The place is dirty,disgusting and I do not recommend eating there. After all these years the restaurant still stinks of smoke. You can smell it in the carpet,walls everywhere and it's the dirtiest place you could probably ever walk into. Apparently they don't care. The food is extremely expensive and is horrible trust me. The prices are the same so go to Texas Roadhouse,where you're treated like a king and queen,beautiful restaurant and doesn't stink. The tug boats are puny and full of gristle. They are extremely rude, just go somewhere else that has class. I can't believe the place stays open.

Has great daily and weekly specials. Chill atmosphere and cozy environment. Worth the trip. Parking: Usually not a problem. Wheelchair accessibility: Have seen spaces and ramps that are obvious.

December 27 2022 full house excellent food and menu variety excellent also anyone visiting Waterloo or local should stop in ask for Joel the owner had a great time opened in 1971 the original steamboat was further down falls avenue photo in waiting area this business started in 1933.Food: 5/5

I had lunch with my mom last week and we came on tugboat Tuesday. Lunch was delicious and excellent customer service! We enjoyed our lunch! Thank you and keep up the good work.

Chicken wasn't cooked waitress was very nice about it brought out more chicken and it was over cooked said the cook was new would I eat there again yes even though one bad part still good foodFood: 3/5
