Great selection of all kind of products, I buy a lot of gardening supplies here. They have a awesome selection of boots and clothes. I started shopping here because they are one of the very few stores that carry FR clothing, if they don't have they will order it for you no problem. They older staff is awesome, always very helpful. They younger staff/cashiers are more concerned about gossiping with fellow coworkers than helping you and are generally snobby.

Customer service was nonexistent. Items on shelf not properly priced. Charged sixty dollars for what was on the shelf at thirty one. Must have been stocked wrong

This is the absolute worst IFA. It's a 25 min drive each way, so I always call ahead to make sure they have what I need. They put me on hold, supposedly check, and tell me that they have 'plenty in stock.' 20 minutes later I'm there and they don't have what I need. This has happened the last 3 times in a row. Two years ago I special ordered grass seed. They told me it would be there in 2 days. I spent 2 weeks calong twice a day trying to find out if it was there. A week after that I finally got a call back letting me know it was ready. Last year I special ordered in some honey jars. I spent the next 2 months calling every few days to see if they were in. No one knew. After dozens of phone calls, they finally called back to tell me they were never ordered but they had 'plenty in stock' so I should be fine. Any guesses what they didn't have in stock when I got there? I spent the rest of the day driving to other locations for the jars. Just skip the Ogden location. This place is a disaster.
