Time on drive through receipt was 7:40am waited between 1st window and 2nd window for nearly 20 minutes. They didn’t have my order or drink correct. Size of burritos was ridiculous, the hot sauce packet was the same length!! The live broadcast said it wasn’t too busy but the drive through line was forever long! Food was fresh and tasty. I have the same experience every time I come but it had been quite a while since the last time I visited this location so we thought we’d give it another try.

There is a really long wait between 11:30 pm and midnight, like at the hospital during a nurse shift change. Something is cold or old every single time I come.....as I just went in a complete circle after grabbing one of my ice cold french fries but at least my hamburger was hot and my Cherry Coke was cold Lol. Well the hamburger had pickles so my dog will be eating it maybe. The customer service is good though.

This was the worst experience ever. We spent more than 30 minutes in the drive thru. Got to the window only to find out that they gave our food away to the car in front of us. Waited again for them to remake the order, all the while enduring the hostile attitude that had developed by this point. When I expressed my displeasure with the quality of service, I was met with indifference and more hostility. I will be returning, but only to address my concerns with the store manager.

The worlds slowest service in the history of ever! I literally got stuck in the drive through for 25 minutes! I couldn’t even leave because there was a line of cars behind me! The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever had to sit through! Should have looked at the reviews and realized how terrible it was going to be! And when I finally got to the window to get my food she handed me the bag and then shut the window! No “Sorry we are too incompetent to handle working at a fast food place!” Or nothing! WORST service ever! Maybe they should go to machines making food!

We go there every Friday as a quick bite to eat since the kids have activities on Friday. I will say 98% of the time they screw up our order this is ridiculous! I am at the point that it is not even worth going to this one we might try to a different McDonald's which is totally inconvenient.
