Not sure which rooms person was talking bad about, but I've been at iDental  a number of times this Summer and the bathrooms for one, are very clean.  I have not noticed any uncleanness .
Also, staff is there to take care of you and get you checked in.  Dr. Ray's is fun to speak to and listen.  Dr. Ray's is incredible in how quickly he moves and the number of procedures he is doing each day.  Thanks iDental for your service and efficiency.

Out of every dentist I've seen in the last 15 years I have to say that Dr.Patel is awesome.  Not only is she very nice but the job she has been doing on my teeth has made me actually feel better about smiling. All of the staff are very friendly.  I've been avoiding the dentist for too long due to a horrible experience at a clinic in ladysmith. I'm very happy I found somebody that really excels at her job.  And after the numbing wears off there has been literally no pain afterwards.

I had a filling done today, and it was the best dental experience of my life. I am not someone who is terrified to go to the dentist or anything, but nobody really enjoys the experience. The experience I had today was painless and handled very professionally and quite quickly.

Took almost a year to get dentures. When  i did get them they didn't fit and looked ridicules.  Owner promised a new set but never got them. Stuck with a set that is non function and does not look good. Going to another place to fix there bad performane.

I have been here a couple of times and have had a great experience. Both times they were very nice and the hygienist is very informative and nice. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area.
