Familia Dental

I had a tooth remove, they had to cut into my gums to take it and month later I can still feel something sharp, he didn’t remove the full tooth ... now I have to go back in and see what’s wrong. Not to mention THEY do not, I repeat DO NOT do root canals, they ONLY do porcelain caps no metal caps and fills. My insurance does not cover porcelain because there so called considered cosmetic.... which is ridiculous.... I don’t understand why this place does not do root canals and metal caps and fills...! This is the only dentist near me that accepts my forward health!

Dr. Mo and his assistant Amy were wonderful with my kids. They took very good care of my daughter, she was very nervous but they took the time to reassure her and were very attentive to her comfort during her oral procedure. There was also another gentleman that did cleaning on my other kids whom was very nice and gentle with them. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here for their dental needs.

I was looking for an orthodontist for a long time. I thought I would try Familia dental because they seem to be the most reasonable in price. I can tell you the staff and the orthodontist were very unprofessional. They have there own conversations with one another instead of with the patient . It is the worst place I have ever been to. I switched to another orthodontist. There is know way that Familia dental should even be open . Do not go here !!

My son had to get some work done in his mouth and was really scared but when he got there and Dr. Mo and his assistant Amy worked in his mouth they were the best. They were nice kid friendly and made a scary situation in to a great one.

The office here is chaotic at best... they close at 6 and we got there at 4:30, weren't seen until after 6. Dr. Lisa the ortho was extremely RUDE and pushy I couldn't stand her. Then we got sent away because they were closing like it was OUR fault. We drove an hour just to get there. This place is a joke. Don't come here if you want to be treated with dignity or respect! The doctor was very disrespectful to her assistant and ordered a different one into the room due to her "lesser training". I asked a few questions and was looked at like a fool for even asking. Then I was told I didn't need the answer because it wasn't pertnant to the situation. No, it was because they were already closed and we had just made it back there and she did not have the time or patience for me and my questions! I am truly disgusted with my experience. The crazy thing is, we usually go to the Janesville location when not dealing with ortho, and they are the exact opposite! The wait times are reasonable the staff is friendly. The dentist is very kind and compassionate and takes the time to comfort and joke with my kids when they get nervous. He answers any and all questions very thoroughly and with no problems. I hate that they don't do orthodontic work there!
