I have a friend who has had EXTENSIVE dental work at this facility and has had nothing but problems with billing. After getting a Pre Authoriziation for $11,000 worth of dental work and having the work done, your office filled out the wrong insurance forms and just keep sending him the bills. He has talked to several people in billing and they keep saying they are going to “take care of it” but they haven’t and he has had to spend his own time trying to get to the bottom of this. Not to mention, when he calls, they say someone will call back but they don’t. It’s very frustrating because now all his other dental procedures are on hold until your office figures this out!

I went in for a routine cleaning and they refused to perform the cleaning because I had a week and a half old cold sore. I get them when I am stressed. They made me feel humiliated. I have never been treated this way before...

Excellent experience with Dr. Mark Amidei! Dr. Amidei is a highly skilled, and caring doctor. My exam was very thorough and the work Dr. Amidei has done is flawless. The Dental Associates staff were very helpful and kind. I'm happy I've found such a great dentist here in SE Wisconsin.

Worse experience of my life, I wouldn't refer anyone to them. Horrible patient satisfaction, I called to get a bill situated and Kathy the financial advisor stopped taking my calls even after I called her more than twice and left VMs, so of course I received a letter basically saying pay up or it's going to collections..Needless to say my husband and I found care somewhere else! And we couldn't be happier!
