It’s hit or miss with them. Sometimes they’re rude and other times not. It depends on who you get. This last time was great. Called about my daughters birth certificate. They said it would be another 2 weeks before they looked at my documents. 2 days later they were in the mail! Thanks guys! I appreciate it

There’s a lady that USED TO WORK for you (there in the “AUDLT MENTAL HealT DIVISION OD THE THE WELfare “DIVIsion) I believe her name was something like shh Charmaigne -?!?!- ANYWAYS, whatever that broad’s name even TEALLY IS or is not -??- 🙃) she NEEDSTOBEFIREDIMMEDIATELY, because that whackJob of a lady, doesn’t know her ass side, from her front side. Just moved to Idaho a week ago. Went into the Health & Welfare office and my experience was amazing. Service was top-notch. Everyone was eager to help. Such a refreshing compliment to the already hospitable state!

Moved here from Washington recently. Idaho's structure for health and food services are a joke. You have to jump through so many hoops just to get food stamps. I did everything required and still got them taken away. They deal with a company called Maximus that you need to report to and do things for them. I had made several appointments with them for them to just tell me they didn't have time for me. So what happens? They stop my benefits. Thanks Idaho.

Laura was very helpful and nice! I had a great experience and was there less than an hour! Mornings are the best time to go. Very wonderful people!
