Denise in customer service was absolutely amazing. My grandfather in Canada passed away and we needed to expedite our daughter's birth certificate so we could cross the border, and she was extremely helpful! I will forever be grateful that we get to attend the funeral.

Keep misspelling our name and want us to pay for their mistakes! It has been clearly written multiple times and now I'm forced to shell out more and more money because someone can't read or type correctly. Thank you vital statistics for costing me money I don't have!

I have had to speak to several people at this office trying to get some legal documentation and certificates. I have to say I have gotten Courtney a couple of times over the past 3 weeks and EVERY TIME I talk to her it is truly a pleasure. Having to get legalities in order when you are 3 states away can be very stressful, but Courtney knows how to calm your nerves. She truly has EXCEPTIONAL customer service and she is compassionate. Her supervisor's should give her a great big raise because they do not want to lose her. She is a great 1st point of contact for this organization. Thank you SO MUCH Courtney. You truly are exemplary!!!

It's been very difficult to get my sons birth certificate at no fault of vital statistics but the staff was very friendly and very helpful and were quick at returning my calls. Laura in the legal department helped me through the entire case and was very on top of it so a big thank you to her!
