Super disappointed in this clinic. Showed up for my appointment for ozone and they indicated I could not have ozone due to low iron levels. Although I appreciate the fact that they don’t feel good about it. I have gone through surgery and had three ozone treatments to help me heal. I took an Uber here $80 round trip for this service. To let me know when I was already here is unacceptable. They stated they left a message. They did not. I rate this clinic 1 star simply because they inconvenience me incredibly. I would never have chosen this clinic had I know how unprofessional they were going to be.

I'm so grateful to have practitioners I respect and trust to refer patients to. SO many patients rave about this clinic, and I know first-hand that Dr. Michaela Falkner is incredible to work with. She truly helps patients the integrative and naturopathic way!

Dr. Michaela is just awesome. Unlike my experience with mainstream medicine, she cares about the root cause of the symptoms and knew which tests would shed some light on the problem. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Oh and bonus, she is efficient with the time and doesn't charge for the unused minutes scheduled. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Ashlee Hull has been incredible in not only identifying what my digestive issues were but also effectively treating them. I had been to multiple GI doctors and by far Dr. Hull was the most helpful, knowledgable, and kind doctor I have worked with. She clearly wanted me to heal, not just feel better and that is so important to me. The clinic is amazing and welcoming. They literally changed my life, and healed me from the inside out!

I began working with Dr. Maxwell specifically in regards to my Hashimotos diagnosis and thyroid issues. I was impressed by the very first visit, as it was the first time in all my years that I felt heard and acknowledged by a doctor and like a human being, not a dollar sign. Even in such a short time into my health journey with her I already feel immensely better. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Nicole Maxwell has helped me tremendously with so many medical issues that I had to face this past year. I faced esophageal issues that prevented me from swallowing and reflux issues that were so severe I couldn't talk most of the time, all which caused anxiety and depression. Dr. Maxwell listens to all I have to say and walks with me every step on this healing journey to strengthen me body and mind. It is amazing the progress I have made. I am a mother of four and I am so grateful that I can be the mother I want to be to my kids. I recommend Dr. Maxwell - I look forward to my husband and all my children seeing her. My experiences at Boise Natural Health have been overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Emily Dickerson is highly professional, scrupulously attentive to detail and was also extremely successful at correcting my core health issues/nutritional deficiencies and even followed-up with a courtesy phone call to see how I was doing in the weeks to follow. Love her! I also highly recommend the bodywork practitioner in the office, Emily R. She is strongly intuitive, highly insightful and a very compassionate, efficacious healer overall. Both truly went above and beyond the call of duty and I know from word-of-mouth that Dr. Haynes is also first rate. Many thanks!

I have only had my initial appointment with Dr. Haynes. I wanted to get a plan forward after a bout with breast cancer to decrease my chances of recurrence and improve my overall health. I was very impressed with her current knowledge on the subject of homeopathic anti-cancer options. She listened well and was clear in her explanations and recommendations. I am sure I will be following her program and making regular appointments to monitor my progress and update my plan. I'm so glad I found this place. I was almost certainly going to decline the Tamoxifen or other hormone treatments anyway. I feel better able to make that decision now.

I love the care I receive from Dr. Haynes and her staff. I've been a patient for over a decade and I always feel so comfortable walking into her office where I can grab a hot cup of healing tea and make myself at home. Super happy with BNHC and Dr Ashlee Hull. Have been a patient for about 5 months suffering primarily from ongoing hypothyroidism for which Rx medication seems not as effective lately, and severe migraines. My goal was to find a sustainable way to treat both. Dr Ashlee has been diligent and thorough to find natural treatments to improve both my ailments. For the first time in 9 months, I have gone weeks without a migraine and my hypothyroid symptoms have greatly improved, with no increase in my Rx medication. Her approach has been many faceted: diet which was already very clean, but her advice improved my symptoms more, natural supplements, and a few lifestyle/sleep tips too. Although I have been a naturopathic fan for years, here in Boise and in other cities, I was skeptical on the ability to improve my migraines which had become debilitating at 3x/week. Former naturopathic doctors were not successful in migraine help. She did not give up and continued to investigate and be creative. I am so very grateful to her for vastly improving my quality of life. Thank you BNHC and Dr Ashlee. Highly recommend.
