This Primary Health is awesome. The doctors, PA's, nurses and medical assistants and office staff are professional, kind and knowledgeable. We never have issues getting an appointment and the wait for urgent care is almost nothing. If you go in there, ask for Amanda and tell her what an awesome job she does. She is a miracle worker when it comes to dealing with insurance and referrals to specialists. She has handled our notoriously difficult insurance company on many occasions and taken a huge stress away. This office understands the value and meaning of customer service and what a great bedside manner is really about.

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Lyons takes time to listen and responds accordingly. I felt I was well cared for and would definitely go back.

THIS PLACE TOOK MY MONEY,GAVE A WRONG DIAGNOSIS,THE DOCTOR WAS A TOTAL GRINCH..I HAD A SIMPLE PROBLEM- AND HE WAS A TOTAL JA_KA_S.. I CALLED A MONTH LATER AND THEY WERE ALL RUDE-WOULDN'T LISTEN-WOULDN'T GIVE ME ANY MORE CREAM- THE CREAM THEY PRESCRIBED DIDNT WORK AND THEY JUST SAID -OH DUH WE'RE STUPID---WE'RE RETARDED--WE CAN'T HELP YOU-CAUSE WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING---BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT GET IT BACK..EVEN IF THEY ARE WRONG....THIS PLACE SHOULD SHUT DOWN--- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH PRIMARY HEALTH--THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF EVERY TIME...
