Delicious burgers! Beer brewed on premises is passable, but all of the beers are tailored to mellow suburban tastes. Don't expect to find a really exciting IPA or anything. That said, the service is friendly, they often have live music in the bar that's above average, and plenty of seating in the dining room.

The location was ideal if you were visiting the FDR library in Hyde Park. Many people sat at the well-appointed bar. It also had outdoor seating. The server was very friendly. We ordered the Beer Sampler, but they tasted a bit too "light". We were not too hungry, so only ordered two appetizers to share. The BBQ Chicken Wings were nicely cooked and flavorful. The Fried Buffalo Calamari was slightly overcooked, but still tasty. Overall, a nice place for a quick bite while visiting Hyde Park.

I have so many great memories of coming to this place while I was going to college at Marist, I can't believe I haven't written a review. This was one of my go-to places for parent visits, friend visits, and just whenever I wanted good food and good beer. This was in 2009 - 2013 so I can't tell you specifics of each visit, but I can tell you with certainty that I always enjoyed everything I got from there. The beers were always fresh and tasty. For food, I almost always went with a burger - their beef was always top quality, flavorful, and juicy. My favorite was the 96 Degrees in the Shade burger - a spicy cajun rubbed burger with jalapeño relish, jack cheese, and tobacco onions. I love my spicy food. I like to take visits up to the area for nostalgic purposes, and also just because I love it up there, and Hyde Park Brewing is always on my list when I'm there. Definitely recommend.

Bartender Mike Masci was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to our party’s needs. Food was PHENOMENAL. Overall I️ would rate this place a 11/10 and tell everyone in my extended family to eat here. Bravo!

The food was delicious, but there were very long wait periods between ordering anything and getting the food at the table. The women's bathroom had a toilet that was overflowing and toilet water all over the floor. When I informed a server, she just said "Okay" and walked away.
