The dining experience was incredible from the moment we walked in, until we rolled out the door. The duck entree was perfect. However, the table side dessert along with hand cranked sage ice cream left us speechless. I can't walk past a sage plant without remembering that taste.

Fairly nice French food and excellent service but highly overpriced at $125 for lunch for two with no drinks ! Duck and lamb entrees were good. Desserts.. less so . Try on Tuesday thru Thursday for price fixed lunch. Don't plan on returning.

Bocuse at the CIA in hyde park ny. Food was incredibly delicious and exciting, staff charming, helpful and efficient. Made for a truly memorable and adventurous evening w my grandson, cia grad.

The food is so different and delicious. Tried a fish we never had and a new dessert wine. Beautiful evening. The CIA never disappoints.
