Post pandemic each restaurant be it a big player or stand-alone place has to bring in customers no matter what. The whole F & B dynamics has been changed due to this pandemic which in many ways has pushed restauranteurs to focus on the crowd-pulling factors. While many resort to the heavy discount brings all aspects, few passionate entrepreneurs bring in focus to quality food at affordable prices and also include location as a key strategy. Exploring the latter option, one cute place HYDE KITCHEN tucked inside Q city which is the most happening area now brings in its wagon of food and service to wow the customers. Let's see if they just did that. With decor simplistic and whitish tones depicting simple and clear aspects throughout, the open shaded space keeps the ambiance minimalistic but I'm sure the setup will make its own beauty statement in the evening as the sun goes down. The menu brings in the tandoori; Indian and Chinese - the 3 defaults that customers resort to when it comes to food who try to avoid explorations and the menu exactly provides that with options good enough to explore multiple options from within. Being a kebab lover, we started with Mutton Boti Kebab, Mutton Shikampuri Kebab, Malai Chicken Kebab, Lehsuni Fish Tikka. Each came with its own unique marination to the perfect tone and each provided subtle but absolutely delish flavors. Mainly the Shikampuri was super soft and crumbled on finger touch and that's an excellent sign of a well-made Shikampuri. Mutton Boti Kebab while looked different was my top favorite with aggressive marination the softness of the meat and the perfect balance of spice delivered. The other two kebabs came in close and definitely were palate pleasers. We tried the Chilli prawns and loose prawns and they definitely didn't disappoint with plump prawns flavors coming along with balanced Asian flavors. From the mains, we tried the obvious Hyderabadi choice, Chicken Dum Biryani along with Fahad Ahmed owner's recommendation of Mutton Rogan Josh and crowd choice of Kadai Gosht. As it was served, the aroma tingling our senses I was assured that they are going to appeal at the next level and I was proven right. Chicken Dum biryani with subtle yet strong zaffrani flavors coming through with super soft rice and perfectly cooked chicken made the dish a complete harmony in my palate and I was pleasantly addicted to this one on the first bite. Not the regular heavy masala dominant one but definitely this subtle variant is to try for. The Rogan Josh per our Kashmiri friend said came so close to being 100% authentic was a testimony to justify the flavors. But My favorite had to be the Kadai Gosht which in its Indian flavors so familiar to us and yet it enthralled all of us and went absolutely smooth with those piping hot butter naans. Ended the meal with Hyderabadi's favorite Gulab Jamun and Qubani Ka Meetha which cannot go wrong knowing the food has been nothing but delicious from start and I was proven right. The meal could not have ended in a more perfect tone and that wrapped up one of the best lunch experiences I have had this year. Hyde Kitchen is definitely a well thought thorough venture where it's not just about the beauty but food speaks. With polite and empathetic service and all safety measures in place, this place definitely brings in flavors more than flare which many planes now do. Food that comes out makes its honest appeal to your palates and I have been proven that they are delicious. This place definitely should be must try when you are in this rea and I'm sure now I'm more curious to try their Chinese menu options knowing there is a separate chef for the same :
Was your few days back with my friends for dinner. The place has a great Vibe and it's easily located near my home vihanga in Gachibowli. The place is well lit and ventilated and has a Greek Vibe. The food here is damn delicious and yummy. We tried a lot of dishes from the menu specially North Indian food. Hot manchow soup Broccoli clear soup Nihari Paya Special kebab platter Double tadka dal Jeera rice Mutton rogan josh Nizami murgh Subz melone Malai seekh kebab Malai broccoli tikka Gulab Jamun Overall rating 4.5. The place has parking facility as well. Clean and hygiene place. Staff is welcoming and well trained. Covid protocols are followed at all times. Must visit this place to try out good North Indian food in Hyderabad.
Far from the madding crowd, located in Q City, lies a quiet little cosy space named 'Hyde Kitchen' for the perfect conversations over delectable food. The artistic brilliance in a monochromatic colour scheme paired with open-air dining experience makes it all the more charming to the wandering soul. With a wide multi-cuisine spread to offer, this newbie packs a punch when it comes to serving both Mughlai and Chinese dishes. We had went for a friend's birthday treat and were seriously in for the treat of the evening. The review of that weekend's is as follows:- Soups: The 'Lemon Coriander Chicken Soup' was perfectly done, with coriander adding freshness to the mildly sour vegetable clear soup. The ' Chicken Manchow Soup' & Paya Shorba were equally and perfectly hot and spicy. Appetisers: We had ordered 'Murgh Tikka Kebab', 'Shikampuri Kebab', 'Apollo Fish','Murgh Malai Tikka','Majestic Chicken', 'Golden Fried Prawns', & 'Crispy Honey Chicken'. The 'Murgh Tikka Kebab' was lip-smacking and is a must-order. The 'Golden Fried Prawns' & 'Apollo Fish' were love at first bite and is worthy of a signature dish. The 'Chicken 65' had the quintessential southern flavours in perfect proportions. Main Course: The 'Burnt Garlic Noodles' had hand made thin pulled noodles with signature oriental spices drizzled with garlic oil and topped with coarsely ground burnt garlic. The 'Kali Mirchi Gosht' is the signature dish here Desserts: The homemade 'Fried Ice Cream' had freshly grated coconut that added complexity and texture to the culinary classic dish. The melt in the mouth hot 'Gulab Jamun' served alongside creamy vanilla ice cream was sinfully delicious. The Hyderabadi classic 'Qubani ka Meetha' is also a must-try here. Highly Recommended:-Golden Fried Prawns, Apollo Fish, Murgh Tikka Kebab, Burnt Garlic Noodles, Kali Mirchi Gosht, Fried Ice cream.
Nice place. Good Ambience.very peaceful and would be great for couples. Must try mutton biryani here. Only one thing is that there is only one guy to take orders and serve. Except that everything is fine Definitely would visit with my friends again.
Hyde kitchen is a little hidden but at last, could find it and enjoyed it. The ambiance: it looks like Greece and also gives an Arabic feel but sells everything from Mughlai, Chinese and Hyderabadi. Started of with Clear noodles soup: it was just muahhh.. Starters: we have multiple starting from chicken, mutton, fish Chinese, everything had a very satisfactory taste, good flavors, good presentation. Roti Curry is my go-to, and it didn't disappoint me. Biryani was a little bland, it was according to the taste buds of the IT employees around that area. Overall a nice looking place, you can come down at nightbecause it's hot in the afternoon and enjoy some good food.
The restaurant is located just off of the main road, across from our office which is not so convenient for me. The restaurant is dimly lit which in my opinion needs to be brighter. The decor goes with the atmosphere, which I think contributes to Joe's experience when visiting a restaurant. The food is what let the side down - I ordered a Butter Chicken and what arrived looked appetising see picture - its overall taste was okay, but considering the price it was disappointing. There needed to be more spice to the gravy as it was almost bland in taste. The vegetables in chicken fried rice were partially cooked. Staff were polite, professional and courteous however, which is always a contributing factor. Price however was too expensive - we went to other restaurants in the area which we paid a lot less for, but had much better food!
Hyde kitchen, really it's a hidden gem in financial district. Nice cozy place to have good food. Loved there soups and starters. All the dishes are fine except biryanis.
It's such a beautiful surprise when you reach the place. You will love the vibe instantly. And of course the taste of the food is going to blow your mind. Quantity is apt. Variety is huge. You can choose from kababs, chinese, biryani. My personal favorites are lemon coriander soup, murg angara kabab, curries and crispy buttery naan. You can also go for Chinese starters and mail course. Don't forget to order desserts. You can also place your order from the comfort of your home via swiggy n zomato. For more details and visuals please visit my Instagram blog at rubsonearth. Don't forget to explore desserts.
Had been hearing some good reviews about the kebabs at this place for a long time so decided to give it a try which is in quiet lanes of Financial District neighborhood . The ambience is minimal with white pristine decors and is quite nice at evenings . Started off with the soups . Ordered Lemon coriander ,noodle soup and paaya shorba . Noodle soup was very good and polished off in no time. In kebabs my favourite was the shaami kebabs , hariyali fish tikka and murgh malai tikka . Very nicely done kebabs . Chicken dum Biryani was very mild in flavours and I really liked the chicken hakka noodles paired with dragon chicken . For desserts tried gulab jamun ,qubani ka meetha and apricot delight . Apricot delight had subtle sweetness and was perfect for my taste buds .
