This hotel should not be rated as comparable to the other 4-5 star hotels in the area. The walls are thin and the website pictures over promise. It’s clean and comfortable but the upgraded room was small and underwhelming. Parking was not clearly marked and payment was not user friendly. We tried somewhere new and it didn’t work out.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! Super high tech with such a nice a convenient elevator. Their deal from TripAdvisor is actually really good highly recommend looking for it before booking.

Absolutely seamless experience at this hotel. Check in/out was smooth and easy, beds are comfortable and views are great. Their security measure was also great on New Year’s Eve. I would suggest to simply Uber around/or take the sky train since the parking cost is a little bit expensive.

23rd floor.  Room is comparably OK, not too big.. Staffs are awesome and friendly. enjoyed pool and gym..
