I loved my stay here for my birthday in the past! The hotel had upgraded my room and were so kind. They also left me a cupcake and some treats while I was out at dinner. One of my favourite stays, and a place I will definitely be coming back to! The hotel itself was so beautiful and clean as well!

Very upscale hotel with outstanding service.  Nice big gym to start your day.  Everyone was so friendly and helpful.  Will be back.

A luxury hotel in downtown Vancouver. All of restaurants are great particularly its Chinese restaurant as the chef is from Hong Kong .

Great location, good size room and the world famous Shangri La hospitality, you can't ask for much more
