Just a Question for Management how can you evict a person when you did not renew the lease in the first place and they are out of the apartment as of today.  Doesn't someone have to be living there to be evicted?   So that really is a waste of time and money for you and the fact this person has all the paperwork showing you told them to leave by the end of May so they were on a month to month.  Also in March they paid you two months rent in advance.   So people be careful of this place they can't make up their minds.

Bullet holes in the glass when we were helping my sisters move in, no background checks for the tennants... what a dump.

EDIT:  Someone from manangement suggested that the bullet hole was from kids throwing rocks.  

Yeah, no.

Not likely when one of the people helping them move was an off-duty cop who pointed it out as a bullet hole.  

Otherwise, it was a pretty small-caliber rock thrown by a kid with one hell of a strong arm to make such a perfect hole.
