Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. We made an appointment with Alan for 12pm. He doesn’t show up until 12.30. At which point he tells us to go home because he doesn’t know know to file for a home purchase and small rental business. 0 stars. Word of advice to Alan: maybe go back to school and learn a thing or two before you conduct your business.

I recently started a small business and reached out to Hung Le to help with filing taxes on somewhat of a short notice. I appreciate that even though they are very busy he took on my start up business and helped me with my taxes. He took the time to explain every step of the way for me. He explained in details what he required from me. As a small start up I didn't have the time to look after the small details but he took care of me in every aspect. At the end when he finished filing my taxes, he took the time to call me and went over my taxes with me. He made suggestions as to what I could do better for the next tax season. Hung Le and associates are pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for all your patience and your responsiveness to every inquiry I had.

friendly staffs and fast service!

Nice and fast services. Especially Daisy.. she's always friendly, patient with old people and fast. Made us deal with her more than 4 years now. They always busy there. But even dont have appointment, just need to wait less than 15 minutes. Sometimes the reception have bad attitude, whenever they have a lot of phone calls.
