HM TAX

Very bad customer service. I was lead to believe that my tax re-assessment was submit on May. I would call and follow up and was re-assured that it was submitted, I just needed to wait because CRA takes a long time to process re-assessment. I called CRA on July, almost two months after and they confirmed that they never received anything. I called HM Tax and the Tax Processor confirmed that it was just sitting on his desk and didn’t not submit it. He told me that mine is just a re-assessment and they have other important priorities than mine. They tricked me and they parked my papers that I already paid for. They do this so they could get more business that they can efficiently provide.

Awesome people and worry free. They explain to me what i can get after I file my taxes last year. After a few months I got my child tax benefit and my tax refund.👍🏻😊

please be careful, while doing your taxes here. I would recommend not even going there. I had bad experience with my GST and i was misguided on most of the information provided here.
