Oh, what a relief to know it wasn't just us. We decided to leave Quantum when Socorro left. Marianna has not even sent our new accounting firm our stuff-only the back up.... So unprofessional. So immature, she would not even take our calls. And months later, we are still having problems thanks to quantum.

Unfortunately not a good service. Marianna was great until she received payment, then her attitude changed for the worse. I have a very simple tax return, but rudimentary mistakes were made, which I can only say was due to lack of care and attention. When Revenue canada contacted me with several indiscrepancies I contacted Quantum. Marianna sent me curt and un-helpful e mail, and did nothing to rectify the problems or even answer my questions. She did not return any of my calls. In my opinion, this company did not do the job I paid them to do.

I've just wrapped up my tax filing with Marianna and her colleagues. Not only was the process quick and painless, Marianna made sure that the preparation was expedited so that all was complete before I left town on extensive international travel. A relief to have these done, and thank you to Marianna for her professionalism. I will be back!

Marianna Scott was nice to deal with until she received my payment. After that, my questions were ignored and I was left to deal with her assistant which would have been fine except she seemed to neither understand Canadian tax law nor english. When I asked her to change something on my tax return (at the advisement of revenue canada), she initially refused informing me that Canada Revenue was wrong. When I asked her to do so anyway since it was advised by Canada Revenue (you know the agency which handles taxes) , she finally relented but was sure to send me a passive aggressive email in the process about how changing one line on my return was a waste of her time. If you want to pay someone way too much money to enter numbers into a computer, then go with Quantum Accounting. If you're looking for someone to provide actual accounting services then look elsewhere.
