Hummus Cafe

I love their food so much! I've had the falafel a couple of times. Last night was the first time we had the kushari and it won't be the last. My son never eats leftovers but he beat me to these cause they were so good. The portions are generous, hence the leftovers. Everything tastes fresh and authentic. Not that I know what's authentic but I've seldom seen Kushari offered, so this was a treat!! I will make this a frequent dining spot.falafel

Came here randomly for lunch and it was great! Probably the cleanest kitchen area I have seen, which is always a good sign. The gyro sandwich with lamb meat was amazing. The pita was super soft and probably new favorite place for a gyro. The homemade hummus was also delicious and a must try! I love supporting mom and pop shops like this, especially during COVID, and Will definitely be going back for more!

Best Mediterranean food in town!! The gyros are some of the best you can get in Seattle, and the lamb skewer was out of this world good! I rarely ever leave reviews but after going here weekly I had to leave a shout!

Cannot say enough about how amazing their falafels are - LOOK at those beautiful colors! To be fair, it all smelled too good to wait to take a pic, so this is already half-eaten. Their portions are huge & more than anything - the owners & staff are absolutely wonderful. Already a frequent customer after 3 visits this month since discovering this delectable location!

Excellent tasting and quality food made with pride by a gracious husband and wife duo. And very fair prices! I rarely ever leave reviews, but live in walking distance and just love this spot.

Lamb dishes are full of flavor, humus and falafel both delicious as well. Owners are folks who appreciate their customers.

Best falafel I've had in Seattle! They are flavorful, tender inside and perfect crisp exterior without any greasiness. I also love thie hummus and babaganoush, and their pitas are always fluffy and fresh.

The food was amazing. The gyros were awesome, the shawerma was so good. And the falafels were just delicious. If you are in the Greenwood neighborhood and are looking for some food the Hummus Cafe is definitely worth a visit. Their Mediterranean and Egyptian cuisine was fairly prices and every bite tasted great!

Dietary needs accommodating!!! This shop is a greenwood gem. We love going here. Probably once or twice a week. Nani the owner and her husband are just the best. Really close to our work and no matter if you order online or stop in the food is fantastic.

Ordered the lamb shawarma, chicken shawarma, and side of fries. The meat in the shawarmas was delicious but I found it a bit odd tortillas were used for the wrap. I was expecting a more traditional type of wrap. The fries were cooked to order and perfectly done. Not one bit greasy. The staff was very friendly. Overall, I thought the food was decent but nothing spectacular.
