With the exception of a lovely female staff member who did process my repair (4 months after dropping it off!!), the arrogant wad to whom I handed my visa card should go back to "charm school". All future business of mine will be directed to TIME REVOLUTION. Great company with wonderful and helpful staff. Smell ya later humbertown!!

As soon as we entered the store we felt like we were not welcome. The man sitting at the front desk had an attitude problem. We came to buy a Rolex for my fiancée. We were also followed around by an arm guard. The manager also had a chip on his shoulder, the only friendly person was the female sales associate. We left when we found out that they could not beat the price given to us by Royal de Versailles where my dad has bought all of his jewellery from. Go to Royal de Versailles they will welcome you and treat you with respect.

Not bad service and super secure so it is not quick to get in and out. Staff was friendlier over the phone than in person.

They offer great service. If you're looking for quality and professional service for fine jewelry and luxury watches, this place is fantastic. They know their work and take what they do very seriously. I've been going there for the last 6 years and have never been disappointed. They've done a variety of jewelry repair for me and I've been happy with the both quality and pricing of their work. As an example, I've had them fully service my 18 year old Rolex and they did a fantastic job. They've also reset my diamond stud earrings in a beautiful setting of their own design, and again, very happy with the quality. They will always have my business.

Spoke with a rude, dismissive man. There are other Rolex dealerships in this fine city that will treat you with more respect.
