This review is long overdue!! I worked with Leanne to design my wedding band in June 2017. Leanne was recommended by a friend who had her wedding rings redesigned , my friend had nothing but good things to say about the product and service she had received . After many failed visits to typical and custom jewellery stores to find the perfect beaded band at a reasonable price (less than $2,500). I contacted Leanne and showed her pics of what I liked to see if she could make it and to get a quote . After many pleasant emails and appointments , Leanne created the most beautiful ring . She was so professional and made a pro type of the ring first to make sure I liked it with my band , she really went out of her way to make it a perfect . She engraved both my fiancé and i’s band , and sized both my engagement and wedding band all so quickly and perfectly . It was really such a great experience , very knowledgeable and affordable, she was so honest about what she thought was the best suitable design and after many quotes of $2,500, she also made my dream band for less than $1,500. I plan to use her for all my custom needs and would recommend her to anyone ❤️

This place is wonderful. I went to them without an appointment to get my engagement ring sized, which is a family heirloom, and Alaine saw me, took my measurements and completed the sizing all within 20 minutes. She was exceptionally careful with my ring, friendly to me and a delight to deal with. They even cleaned and polished it and checked all the stones to make sure they were secure and the price was very competitive. I'm very happy with them and will likely be coming back here when it is time to purchase wedding bands.

Wonderful experience at Crawford. Together with my now fiancé, I repurposed a family ring and designed my custom engagment ring here. Leeanne was extremely helpful, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole process. Very happy with the results and will return for more services.
