Unprofessional at best. Got hired on (after a very vague interview —it was obvious they were desperate) for the reception position. Tirelessly attempted to come in for training. Was told I’d get a call certain days, and they wouldn’t call me those days. They would call me the next day and ask me to come to the clinic in a few hours which I wasn’t willing to do. Had to keep telling them I wasn’t able to come in the same day they call me while I looked for another job until they finally stopped calling me. Got a job at a very professional clinic where scheduling and procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Won’t be returning for anything. PS- no parking, terrible location. Must park underground where you have to pay. Which is fine, but Owner doesn’t provide a parking pass as they should.

My vet from here is the best vet i have ever had. He is honest and has helped my dogs with the best medical care. I would recommend Dr. Ibriham to anyone that wants the best assistance for their pet. Very kind and friendly staff and vets

Dr Pacia is the best and has helped me so much with my sweet new baby bengal who was sick because of where I got her from. A kitty mill :(

*UPDATE 9/30/2017- this time our little guy is getting over a respiratory infection. Dr. Ibrahim’s diagnosis and prescription were right on the mark. He insisted a check up in a week and just saw us free of charge. I’ve never been to veterinary clinic where I didn’t feel taken advantage of and felt that the doctor was looking out for mine and my anaimals best interest! THANK YOU Humber Bay Vet Hospital for being such a wonderful Business to our community we’re SO lucky to have you! My Dog suffered 7 days of non stop vomiting, no eating, no drinking. We were very concerned and unsure what to do. Dr. Pacia, Dr. Ibrahim and the ladies at the front desk were so very accommodating and understanding. Our bill, albeit expensive for his 11hour visit, was reasonable and all necessary tests and treatments were performed. The proceeding days we called with several questions, and stopped in with unpleasant surprises found in our dogs excrements- they graciously checked them and reassured us his recovery was on track. Today he's happy, healthy and back to him self playing with his toys! THANK YOU Humber Bay Vet Hospital team! We're so grateful!
