We had an issue with our older dog late at night, and attended their office. We did not have to wait the vet assistant and veterinary ushered her into an examining room. Process of examination explained after which vet explained what they recommended in short term until we were able to see her normal vet. Options of staying overnight or taking her home after relaxant given. We decided on taking home. No pressure about tests, felt she was well taken care of. Indicated a report would be forwarded to our normal vet and offer to come back if problem persisted overnight. We felt bill reasonable for services provided. Would recommend in after hours emergency.

My sweet dog Teddy was experiencing pain this Easter long weekend. I went to this Emergency hospital as my vet was closed. The technician (young, very sociable with black hair in a ponytail) and doctor (white woman in her 40s, long brown hair and pregnant) were very sweet, compassionate and informative. Thank you for taking care of my pal. -Joseph, Etobicoke.

I recommend bringing your dog here if there is ever an emergency. I brought my dog here on Christmas Eve and everyone who works there is super friendly, they don't keep you waiting at all. They are upfront about the pricing unlike most places and you can tell they really care about the animals. The vet did a very thorough exam on my dog (worth the money) and they don't force unnecessary/expensive tests on you.

I brought my cat here in the early morning when he was straining to urinate. Staff were kind and informative, they were nice and answered all of the questions I had with genuine care (I was very worried and asked a lot). There was no wait to be seen which was amazing as I was rather stressed. I expected to pay a large bill - they were upfront with costs and the bill ended up being smaller than quoted as they weren't able to do a complete sample but found some issues to treat. The cost is obviously not the most important thing but it is definitely something everyone thinks of when having to go to the emergency vet! His symptoms have greatly improved with medicine and specialized food - I will be bringing him to a family vet to see how he is coming along but he has stopped straining and is running around and playing like normal. It is a huge relief.
