Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Update 5/19/24nMy wife and I went for lunch. Food was good. Service was really good.nI will include photos. Big problem, was it was exceptionally cold in there. We both had to put our jackets on.nUpdate 1/20/24nJust had a really good meal with great service. I had the Grilled Chicken with Grilled Shrimp with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. My wife had the Chrispy Chicken, Bacon Ranch.nA really good chain family restaurant with good prices and servicennApplebee's is always a good place, with really great service and good food

Overall, it was a pretty decent experience. I have only been here once. The food was pretty good. We didn't really have any leftovers because we liked everything so much. The server was really nice. The prices seemed decent. I would go again.

She went above and beyond to make everything perfect without us even asking.nnI’ve been in the service industry for almost 20 years

Worst restaurant service ever.nFamily came in from Wisconsin& Ohio for a few days.nRestaurant was about 1/6 full. Took nearly 10 minutes to be seated 7 people totalnTook a long time to get our drink order taken 1 of our drinks didn't arrive for nearly 20 minutes & it was peach tea.nFood took 45 minutes to come out 5 entrees & 1 app platernBill came out with extra food on it that we didn't order took over 15 minutes to get it fixednWaited an additional 10 minutes for 1 to go container.nWe were here for over 2 hours which screwed our plans.nThis kind of establishment you should be in and out in an hour of less. If your kitchen can't handle a table of 7 to where there are only 5 entrees 2 of which are kids chicken strips it's time to get them trained.nOur waitress was also terrible& was either untrained, didn't care or was under the influence.nnVery bad experience. I'm being very gracious with the 2 & 3 stars on this review.nMy family & I will most likely not return here.

We ordered the artichoke dip. It was a small ramekin of dip, a huge pile of bad chips and a ketchup container of salsa. The rest of the meal followed suit. Probably played out for us.
