Kat was helping me out through my whole shopping experience, and was an absolute delight to deal with! She was the most helpful person and bent over backwards to try and help me find the perfect fitting clothes for me. I have never felt more comfortable and welcomed in a clothing store as i did here, and i will definitely continue to give them business.
Horrible experience. Very racist manager and assistant manager. They don't deserve the job. The manager lady is too rude to customers and the supervisor boy too . Other employees are good. But had very bad experience with my friends. We had heard many other complaints about the manager but still went to the store because of great deals but we will not go again. Respect is more important than deals.

Had a terrible experience with the manager today. My husband bought a pair shorts the sign said 50 percent off. When he came out of the store I asked him what the price was and he said $10. Yes it's only $10 but when clearly there is a sign saying 50 percent off whether expired or not you honor that price and take the old sign down. Well she didn't and argued with tried to make feel terrible when clearly I was right and she was wrong. She then went on to tell me that she kindly asks me not to come back to the store. I'm fine with that I will definitely not be going back to that store. I will take my business elsewhere where I am treated properly as a customer and by the store employee's. She should not be any kind of manager in my opinion. Very terrible experience.
Worst experience I have ever experienced at a store in my life. She attacked me over business that was not to be talked about anymore or at a store when I'm shopping there and than made me cry and leave the store because her and another employee were being very disrespect. The girl that was taking to me at the store is the manager Sammy. She doesn't deserve to have a job if she can't be professional and accusing me of things that didn't even happen and telling my friend my business and than later on screamed at me down the mall attacking me more verbally.
I have shopped here quite a bit. Staff are usually pretty good. Clothes are a bit pricey regular price but generally always on sale one way or another. My daughter likes the clothes here so generally I can find a gift for her when I visit.
I usually am not one to leave a review or go out of my way... but the past few times I have been in the Medicine Hat mall and went to Bluenotes I have been blown away by the staff and not in a good way. I have never got greeted and half the time walk out without anything being said to me. Today I walked in while the worker was at the till with her back to the front they never saw me come in at all. I got my things and had to walk to the back to ask her for a fitting room. Not once did i get asked how things were fitting nothing. I then found what I liked went to the till while the worker was at the front doing something.. I stood at the till with my son and waited about five minutes once the worker saw they came back but I ended up leaving. I did come back as it was all I found that I had liked that day but the past few times being in Bluenotes as far as it goes customer service I have been disappointed.

I purchase my clothes from here. Good sale, buy one get one frees, upto 50% discount, lots of selection and quality branded items
