Story

This is our 50th year anniversary! We are grateful for all of our loyal clients and want to do our very best to help you in all of your jewellery needs big and small. In our showcases, you will find unique fine jewellery designers such Hearts On Fire, Furrer Jacot, Vahan & Tacori. We have a full on site factory that specializes in custom jewellery and fine jewellery repairs. We have 3 watchmakers on site to help you with many of your watch servicing needs, whether it is a $10 battery repair or heirloom timepiece restoration. We are your Ottawa Rolex & Tudor authorized dealer. We also carry a large collection of estate and vitage jewellery and we do buy gold and diamonds. Wow! I spent about an hour with Jessica talking watches and it was great. I was walking to work this morning before the shop was open and what caught my eye was the vintage Rolex boxes in the window. The fact that this store has vintage watches was the main reason why I visited, but we ended up looking at a bunch of watches both new and old. Their watchmaker (unfortunately I forget his name) was there and also had a crazy amount of knowledge he was willing to share. The part that I am most impressed with is that when Jessica couldn’t answer a question I had, she went out of her way to find out the answer even though I insisted she not “waste” her time answering my crazy questions. She was genuinely interested and invested in the product she sells which is great! I will definitely make sure to keep visiting whenever I am in town and greatly appreciate the time that she was willing to spend with me. I now understand why this shop has such a high rating on google reviews. Thank you!

What can I say... I have been so happy with my experience with Howards and especially with working with Sonja. Sonja's level to customer attention and detail through my whole experience has been nothing but short of amazing!!! She is a true example of what Customer Service means. I have been extremely grateful for her advice, and attention to detail in aiding me to get across the finish line so to speak, in getting to where I wanted to get to with my purchase and decision. Thank you from the bottom of heart.

I visited Howard Fine Jewellers today as they were referred to me by several friends and family members. I required some small repair work to a broken necklace. I was greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist who helped guide me in to the showroom. From there, I was introduced to Frank who took care of everything else. Frank was knowledgeable, relate-able and took the opportunity to get to know me on a personal level which, in my opinion, is a rarity now a days. All of the staff at Howard were pleasant, kind and genuine as I was introduced to the team who would look after having my necklace repaired. In closing, I cannot say enough of my experience today and strongly suggest anyone to stop in and sit down with any of the staff if you're in the market for their services. I am happy to endorse Howard's and will be referring their location to everyone in my network. Thanks, NF

Awesome awesome place, highly recommend this place to buy any Rolex and Tudor watches. I wanted the GMT Master blue and black for a very long time and they got it for me. Thank you for finding this very special timepiece, I would definitely come back for another purchase soon.

A colleague referred me to Howard Fine Jewellers several years ago when I wanted to mark a special event and the experience was wonderful. In December 2017 the experience was the same. Everyone here is a pleasure to speak with, in particular Sonja and Adam, who were so gracious with their time.
