Nice location (a tad tricky parking wise) and a cute little store. I found the prices very reasonable and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication throughout the process of getting my custom designed ring and I couldn't be happier!

The two ladies in the front really seem to care about your experience and clearly love what they do! I took in two pieces that I had been given as gifts that required a little TLC, and their advice and expertise was marvelous! I am so happy about the service I received and excited to get them back. Dixon's has really fair prices for the work I am having done.

Dixon did an amazing job of guiding me through the process of designing and making a custom engagement ring, and my fiance and I's wedding rings. Matthew and the staff are kind, helpful, and patient, and it was a pressure-free experience. Our rings are beautiful, and Dixon stands by the rings they make with good customer service and cleanings. I'd highly recommend them!
