Had a few days in Vancouver after our cruise ans this tour was perfect all around for two tired but interested folk wanting to learn a little about Vancouver while eating some delicious treats along the way. Definitely recommend doing this as early as you can on your trip; if we had more time we would definitely visit some of spots we sampled along the way. Jason our guide was great each step of the way. Jason has lived in Gastown for quite a while and his rich knowledge of the local history, architecture, and local gastronomy made our time together memorable. I highly recommend this tour for a fun time that left us full of history and full tummies.
Rachel was an outstanding tour guide. She kept it interesting, lots of great history of Vancouver, great food and drinks and she made it extra fun. Would absolutely do again and highly recommend. Oh! And Sean could take a lesson in humility from Rachel, lol. Met some great people that I will never forget. Great overall experience.
Did the Gastown food tour our first day in Vancouver. I'd describe it as an entertaining history tour punctuated by delicious, delicious food. Our guide Dan was brilliant! I was so impressed that they were able to cater for both myself and my partner too - 1 gluten free, 1 vegetarian, both tee total.
A delightful experience in Gas Town! Tour was very well organized, entertaining and informative. Moved along at a nice pace with plenty of high-quality stops for wine, beer, food and desserts. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience Gas Town in Vancouver.
Th Gastown Food Tour was a lot of fun! Jason, our guide, was full of zest for Vancouver and Gastown in particular as he has lived there for over 15 years. He shared lots of history and local gossip while touring our group of ~12 tourists around the neighborhood. I could not believe we stopped at 8 different places and loved the food and drink at each restaurant! Jason is a gracious and knowledgeable host, the tour was well-organized, the pace was reasonable, the food was great, and we left feeling stuffed and entertained! A pleasant way to spend the afternoon.
Had a great time touring some of Gastown's unique food spots! Our guide Sean was amazing, very easy-going and also knowledgeable about the history of each of the places we visited. We went to one brewery, then had 4 savoury bites and finally 3 different small desserts. Definitely recommend doing this tour and bringing an appetite!
Jason was such a wonderful guide on this fun excursion to taste our way around Gastown. It’s easy to see how much he enjoys sharing his town with others! Gastown had many tasty offerings and it was fun getting to sample bites from so many local gems.
Diego was an outstanding knowledgeable, kind, and funny host for our group. We learned a lot about the history of gastown and tried out plenty of delicious bites. Enjoyable experience for Vancouver residents and tourists alike!
My mom and I had a great time with Diego as our tour guide. We enjoyed the many different tastes of Vancouver as well as the city history on the way!
Great experience, would highly recommend! Tour guide was very personable, knew the city and took us to amazing spots we would have never found on our own.
