Chickpea Food Truck

I have eaten here a few times and had a good experience but not today. The chick pea fries have increased in price from $5 to $7 and the guy helping me served them to me with his bare hands and wasn’t wearing a mask. Not typically something I care about because people can wash their hands. But during a pandemic it’s unacceptable.

Great convenient parking spot by Whole Foods. Friendly service. Big portions. Entire menu is vegan with lots of gluten free options. Thank you Chickpea, keep it up!

Good falafel but fried for longer time than needed. I am not a fan of the chickpeas fries as they were too oily. A bit on the expensive side for a falafel meal. The hummus is authentic and the pickles are superb.

What’s the difference between a Chickpea and a Garbanzo bean? I’ve never had a Chickpea on my face before. - Tom

The falafel pita was impressively good. Although not the cheapest for a food truck the flavours were spot on. One key point to consider is the falafel pita is hard to eat on the go.

Huge portions. Crispy but moist falafels and the wraps are stuffed with a huge variety of pickled veggies. Sauces are also amazing and varied. Chickpea fries are a must try.

Not a vegan, but came here with a vegan coworker. Had the Beyond Meat patty in a pita, it was delicious! And the staff were easygoing and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

The platter was amazing and fresh. It beats my expectations
