The check in process went very smoothly and the person helping us at the front desk was super helpful. The room was very clean and neat. I also loved that UMass is environmentally conscious and there are notes around the room about saving water.

The hotel is nice. Nothing out of the ordinary. The location is great because is right in the middle of the campus.
