Holiday Inn Express & Suites Amherst-Hadley

The room was small and blah. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. There was an odor in the hallway that luckily didn't smell inside the room but did immediately when I opened the door. I was also disappointed that there was no market / snack store in the lobby. Instead the only thing available was an old crappy vending machine that was barely stocked. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels with a store in the lobby which is why this Holiday Inn did not meet my expectation for a hotel in this category and price range. Now when I am in Hadley for business I stay at the Courtyard Marriott across the street from this hotel. And if the Courtyard is full, I will stay further away from the office at the Fairfield Inn in Northampton. Holiday Inn Express has some work to do to compete with the Marriott chains in the area.

Customer service is excellent! Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and organized well. The complimentary hot breakfast is fantastic. They even have a yoga room, heated swimming pool and hot tub on property.

Wonderful! Room was clean, bathroom stock with plenty towels. A microwave, coffee brewer and refrigerator added an extra nice touch. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was great!! Not your standard continental breakfast.. Pancakes, Bacon omelets, pastries coffee, juice and fruit were on tap... I will definitely stay here again👍👍

The family's favorite place to stay in the area! Always clean, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast had many options, just needs hot sauce available. Very quiet. Breakfast/lounge area is available any time. Our group got a little loud playing Cards against humanity and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Please accept our apologies. Would definitely book with this hotel again.
