Hot Topic

Staff members are awesome and super helpful. the stock just seems to be very limited all the time. they never have the sizes I need for anything even if I get there right as it opens and the selection is super small from what it used to be.

I love coming to Hot Topic, it’s my favourite store!!! Anime, Marvel, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Metal Bands, so much things you can find here!! Hot topic has moved to the side where Nordstrom and Boston Pizza/GameStop Is in Chinook. There’s 2 people who helped me and has great costumer service and made me feel welcomed to come in the store and talk with them! Tall Boy, Zac, very calm and patient, and a girl with round glasses I believe with dark brown hair, Lauren I think? But she helped me to find Slipknot shirts and took her time to show me what was in stock and told me what would happen if the shirts got put in the dryer!! Thanks girl!!! I love to buy my clothes here, good sales, 30%, 50% sometimes 60% depending on the season!! Everyone is welcomed, disabilities, autism, lgbtq+, emo, a human, everyone! Im also so happy to find cute little space accessories This will always be my store!!

Good store with tons of cloths and apparel of the hottest topics and coolest thing. Great place to find things around your favorite movies or band.

Super friendly staff! I love shopping here!

Had a lackluster experience here where we had been told there were 14 pins in stock that we needed a couple of, but when we went to the location we couldn't find any. We tried to ask for help and were told dismissively that they'd sold out and just not updated the system yet. A different staff member my sister was talking to, contradicted the first and said if they're listed as in stock they should be there and likely they were still in a box waiting to be unpacked. While we didn't expect them to go hunting through boxes for our sake, knowing they were probably in boxes at least gives us enough info to try again soon. Thinking they're out of stock means we wouldn't be returning again soon, nor for anything else in the future. The first girl just really gave the impression that she didn't want to be bothered. Since we have no idea if stock is actually in stock at this location anymore and feel it would be hit or miss to get help if we needed it, this location our absolute last priority to only visit if we can't find what we need literally anywhere else. And just really didn't feel good to be lied to.

I visited the new Hot Topic and oh man I am so happy it is back. Their Loungefly selection was huge. I was helped by Jordan, Peter and Sydney and they were all so helpful and lovely to talk to. Super awesome store.

Going into Hot Topic is always fun. There's always new items from different types of TV shows or movies. The selection is too much sometimes but that's great and wonderful. Something for everyone. I definitely like to go back there over and over again. My daughter can't wait to go back each time we head to Calgary.

The store is fine, just had very limited stock for what I was looking for, which disappointed me.
