Roots - South Centre Mall

I had the best shopping experience yesterday while looking for specific products with specific fibre content. Salesperson Jaime has extensive knowledge of the product lines, and cheerfully brought an assortment of styles and colours, offered advice when asked, and patiently kept checking back with me while I conferred with my daughter by text. Ultimately, we were successful, and I was so impressed with the attitude and service, I had to leave a glowing review, which is a very rare occurrence. Thanks, Jaime!

Assistant Manager was unfriendly and gave us a very negative experience. We will never shop here again. I understand the return policy, but I drove 40 minutes with a 2 year old just to make a return with tags all attached and receipt in hand. I had my husband’s credit card to the same account, but one number off and they would not let me put it back on his card because it was not the exact same card. I asked if I could call him, he could send a picture, if they could make an exception as I had a crying 2 year old and drove 40 minutes to make this return. It was very disheartening that the assistant manager wasn’t even kind about it and was very rude to us without showing any empathy. It is a Canadian company AND a Christmas gift with all of the tags AND receipt!! Like I said, I understand, but don’t agree with the policy, but it was the costumer service that was brutal.

So glad I drove 40 min from the north of the city for a product your website said was in stock only store that had some to be turned away by the sales associate as “they don’t have any and to try again in September” followed by her turning and walking away. No letting me show her the product and that it was showing online, no offering something similar, no apologies for wasting my time … nothing!

I love the high quality natural cotton products. There new waffle tops are so comfy.

Great customer service!! Best of all i get a lot of my clothes here as the majority of the product is all cotton. Very comfy, all natural fibre.

Wonderful young staff! Had to exchange a size as my daughter had ordered from Germany and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous Made me want to go back

It has the most variety compared to the store in Market mall and CrossIron.

The staff at this location are amazing. So friendly and ready to help with whatever you may be looking for: The Cabin Collection by Roots is my absolute favorite. I'm in there all the time checking fir new stuff, always the same great service!

Very good customer service experience! I had bought the wrong size sweater as a Christmas gift and they were able to return it and order me a new one, saved a lot of hassle. Also super helpful and friendly

I was told if I signed up for their email id receive $10 off when I spent $50. So I spent $80 thinking I'd receive the $10 off but I didn't. When I asked their customer service about this I was told that one of the items I was purchasing was a sale item and so I couldn't use the promotion. This was not explained prior or written anywhere. Im reluctant to shop anywhere where they will not honor their advertising and or correct their mistakes. Very misleading, all just to get me to sign up so they can spam me daily with emails. Im extremely disappointed.
