Hot Shots Espresso

All locations were the best, but the past year all 3 Orchards locations have had inconsistently made lattes, except by a few barstas. Coffee tastes like it's burnt or reused grounds. Took it to cafe and they made me another one, which tasted great, but shouldn't have to do that.nI've been a regular customer since they opened and today is my last purchase.

This place is so lovely inside and I wish I had gone sooner! I always get the grilled cheese and cotton candy blue lotus using the drive thru or going inside, both menu items are so good! The customer service is always great and honestly if you are used to caffeine and coffee / energy drinks aren’t doing much for you anymore - the lotus really hypes me up and I feel wired all day. I never had or heard of them prior to this place, but I don’t really venture far for caffeine alternatives. Also the grilled cheese has a type of chipotle? sauce on it that makes it next level!!

The water tastes weird, maybe because it's tap water at least that's what the barista gave us. And they forgot my friends drink then made the wrong size. So it was not the best service.

My review is based on personal taste so please do t let this keep you from going. I personally just did not like it. During my visit people didn't seem passionate about their jobs and my drink wasn't all that great I would rate it the same as a Starbucks again I'm not a fan. Though I know people's personal taste varies and ma y people really do enjoy this place

Generally the drinks are what I buy and they are good. I have gotten incorrect orders or drinks that are supposed to be hot are only lukewarm
