Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

In the past I have had much better food from there. Went tonight and got the 2 for 20 the whiskey burger was good, but mine was awful. Honestly the worst chicken I've ever attempted to eat. I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp, it was like a chunk of rubber, I think it thawed and got refroze, it was almost impossible to cut through, I forced a couple bites down and have felt nauseous ever since (probably just the thought of it, not saying the food made me sick) because I thoroughly examined it and it appeared to be cooked. I've never had chicken that bad at any restaurant. Very disappointed. Service was good though, when the waitress asked if I wanted a box I told her absolutely not and that the chicken was really bad, she immediately offered to get me something else if I wanted, so at least she tried. I just felt so sick from swallowing a little of that I couldn't even think about eating anything. Anyways, friendly service, food was all good except for my meal. Wish I would've ordered anything else. Then this probably would've been a much better review. Just hope they don't serve food like that regularly.

Great food...Great service. Great burgers! Always a fun atmosphere!

Good food, "twofer" menu is reasonable, nice, clean atmosphere. Can take the family here, or have a beer and watch some football. Friendly staff, good service, a nice place to eat.

The service sucked this was due to our waitress Monica who was incompatent and un able to take and understand what was being said to her will never eat here again had to send my food back to get it right.
