Horn's Gaslight Bar & Restaurant

In October, I visited Mackinac with a friend and some of her family. We Stopped at the Horn due to its accessibility from the street, as we had a member of our party who utilized a wheelchair. Upon entering, we were asked how many were in our party, and we said 6, including someone who is in an electric wheelchair. This woman said, "We don't have anything for you." Not, "we have a wait of 20 minutes," or "let me go take a look and see what we can do." Rude, disrespectful, disappointing. The food may be amazing, but we will never know or care to find out.

Started off good, we all ordered. Even told our waitress from Lansing, Mi I was allergic to Dairy. Twice I told her. She did not tell kitchen so I go an sandwiche with butter (dairy) on it. I couldn't eat it. And she informed me everything is cooked in butter. So I couldn't eat. Then an long ponytail older lady came and informed us we never told our server about my allergies so we ARE going to Pay for it and was Rude and disrespectful to us. Never have we ever been treated like this in an establishment. I eat out all the time, and ALWAYS tell the server about my allergies!! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!!

The food was great and service good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

The service was good, the food was good, and the portions were large. It's mostly southwestern foods (quesadilla, nachos, burritos, etc.) and the prices are pretty reasonable compared to most restaurants ($12-$20 for most entrees).
