We had such an amazing experience here from the service to the food to the drinks. My husband got the white gummy bear drop and the western burger. I got the limoncello cream and Cali club with pickles instead of tomatoes. I also got a cup of clam chowder and it's the best I've had in Spokane. Everything was wonderful, including the servers, and I can wait til we get to go again!
This is the best combination place per buck. Great for family, friends, dates, stuffies everything! Drinks, Epic. Food is Amazing with so many choices! The atmosphere and staff are beyond this world. Every one of them are amazing in their own way. Wonderful ballance of involvement with customer and work. I could not believe it when I saw an actively involved manager actually out on the floor, just as involved as the other staff!! This fact besides all of the others floored me. I never see a good real team manager anymore. I am bringing and telling everyone of this place. I even have a UK resident that visits each year and when we came in earlier this year in April; He wishes they had one where he lives. This is now permanently on his spots to go to a lot when he visits! Just a completely EPIC job EVERYONE! This includes you too cooks and cleaning staff! Thank you so much for making a bad day an epic day!!! They even take and feature drink recipes others suggest. Got to check out sarsaparilla, dash of fire ball or drop a couple aged Hot tamale candies in it, topped with a shot of cream soda. Kid-friendliness: They are a great place for kids and staff are as happy as I was to see two siblings having fun. Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely accommodating! They even hold to courtesy and open the door for everyone! Thank you. Dietary restrictions: I had Bo as a server; he was awesome and had no issue helping accommodate for some things. He understood and actively engaged to find just the right drink for me and meal for my date. Thank you! Don't forget to try Tillamook aged sharp white cheddar!!! Black lable.
Really enjoy Hops N Drop. The waitress was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The menu sounds great. Need to come back to try more things. I ordered the Monster French Dip. It was good, but a bit on the bland side. would recommend adding the horse radish sauce to the sandwich instead of being on the side. The fries and fries sauce were great. My son order the Jalapeño Cream Cheese Burger. It was fantastic. Highly recommended. Would prefer that they cut up the Jalapeño and add it to the sandwich instead of being whole and on top. All in all are very good lunch. Looking forward to come back and try more.
It was my first time in today and the food was really good and so was our experience! We were greeted and seated by our server Russ. He was very knowledgeable about their beers so we ordered two in house brews. Super yummy! Then we told him it was our first trip in so he got us some house made chips to sample with our beers-which we really appreciated : He recommended different dishes that were his favorite and said they are known for their burgers. My boyfriend got the steakhouse burger and I got the triple chicken sandwich and we really liked them. The GM Larry came by to check on how we were enjoying things so we gave rave reviews on the meal and service. I have worked in customer service and food and can be picky so I’m pleased to find a new place that ticked all my boxes. Thanks for a great meal everyone!
We go here often. We always sit in the bar and the staff are attentive and friendly. The food is amazing - everything from the burgers to the sandwiches, soups, salads, tacos and mac and cheese. The have a great bar menu. My favorite is their beer from the ICED TAPS but I love their Icy Drops and other cocktails too. Their team never disappoints!
We've been to Hops n Drops many times for lunch and dinner but today was our 1st time for breakfast. The staff was great and the food was excellent. Eggs benedict was on point! Great mimosa selection as well. Our new breakfast spot!
I'm surprised I haven't ever left a review for Hops and Drops! We eat here often. The menu is great, the food is reasonable and service is always fast. The management and staff here is top notch.Food: 5/5

Great experience! The manager ended up giving us the food for free because it took a little too long and "was not up to their standard". I thought the food was great and it didn't really take that long at all. Good honest people.Food: 5/5
