Classic Denny’s look, vibe and grub. We entered and were sat in a good amount of time. This restaurant was pretty busy! There were only two servers covering the entire restaurant, a manager and a hostess. Our server, Shane, was incredible! He was friendly, extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious! The hash-browns weren’t too great, but not bad. Overall, it was a good experience.
Friendly staff and fast service, our food came very fast. Crepes is delicious. Pancakes are fluppy and tasty. We had a crispy bacon. Coffee keeps coming too. The store is beautifully decorated, neat and clean. Theres a fun zone inside too.
All food was well cooked. The dip sandwich wasn't bad, I'd prefer it a little different. The burgers were cooked very well. And were super filling. Sampler appetizers were good as usual!
Came in at 930pm and ordered the strawberry cheese cake shake and received a strawberry milk shake with whipped cream. Then ordered hush puppies and after 30 min of waiting were given these burned strawberry hush puppies. And the waiter argued that they never look like in the picture and they were fine. No ma'am there not fine, I'm not paying for them. Then received my moons over hammy and hash browns before my daughter's kids chocolate chip pancakes. Waited an extra 15 min and still waiting on Krystal meal which they got all wrong. Absolutely terrible service and food.
Love dennys and this was another great dennys. The waiter, josh, as super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter once again, had the chocolate chip pancakes and they met her standards. She ate them almost all up lol. I had the avocado bacon hamburger, yum yum!!
Had Crepe Breakfast with bacon. The crepes are frozen and then heated up so they're really rubbery but the vanilla pudding stuff they put in is really flavorful and then they put a good amount of strawberries and strawberry sauce on top. The hash browns were really great and the eggs were really good. The staff is always super kind when you go in and will go out of their way to do what they can for you. I would recommend it to anyone.
In the menu, there is a section for "Signature Breakfasts.". At the bottom of the page, there is a huge advertisement saying, "Add a stack of pancakes to any signature breakfast for $2.49." Upon trying to order said signature breakfast, I was told that I would have to pay the full price to add pancakes. Even though the meal was in the correct section, and the menu had it in bold print, the server tried arguing with me that it is to upgrade to fancy pancakes. It says nothing like that! You can't upgrade to fancy pancakes in a meal that doesn't include them! You can't just lie to upcharge people. It's called false advertising! I have included a photo of the menu in question. Shady business practice!
Came in last night for dinner and My server Sunshine was amazing she answered every question I had about the menu and was very quick on her feet. She brought my bill out in a timely manner and made sure my food was made just how I like it with special requests. Best costumer service I ever had!
Ordered curbside pickup, called when I arrived and was told my food would be ready soon. Waited in the pickup spot for 10 minutes before calling again when I was told my food was ready and had been for a while. I asked if someone was going to bring it out and was informed they don't do curbside, I had to come in. I would have been happy to go in but I had specifically ordered curbside and no one told me I would need to go get it. The employee tried to blame me and said they've never done curbside. Either the website needs to be updated to remove the curbside option, or the restaurant needs to be informed that they do in fact offer curbside because this felt like a joke. Thanks for the cold food I guess
I came in wanting some lunch and a beer. Unfortunately, they are not one of the Denny's with a bar. They didn't have soup ready yet, so I just ordered coffee and they were very friendly. The manager had the kitchen ready the soup early since I had wanted to order that. The chicken noodle soup was delicious and they were very accommodating. The only complaint I have about my visit is that it took a long time to pay when my server knew I was in a hurry to leave and I waited up front for over 10 minutes even though he came to put it orders at the computer by me 2 separate times before finally returning to cash me out. Parking: Plenty of parking with an large extra open lot. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
