Worse Chinese food I've ever had. Beef is not even beef, it's completely rubber and fat. Broccoli is all stems and hard as a rock. Rice is super burnt Avoid this place if you want a good meal.

This amazing family have owned and ran this incredible little take out restaurant for over 40 ? years. The food is always hot, fast fresh and tasty and the portions are huge. I easily get two meals or more out of my combo. The lady that manages the front counter takes orders and process payments is such a wonderful, friendly , helpful and kind person. I don't know how she keeps up the pace and with everything running so smoothly . I have been coming here for over ten years and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend it.

It's ok for a cheap takeout. Not the best in spryfield, but, cheapest so I enjoy it for what it is. Love the service though, they are awesome people working thereFood: 3/5

I had not been there for a while and I dropped in for some rice and egg rolls and they were pretty good. May drop back again.Food: 3/5

Tried Hop Sing for the first time recently and will not be ordering from there again. The Orange Peel Beef's sauce is very tasty but there is very little beef in the dish for the price, it was mostly huge chunks of green pepper. They put the chicken balls in the sweet and sour sauce instead of serving it on the side. I find it makes the breading soggy. I also ordered the Lemon Chicken which amounted to large flat chicken breasts deep fried in batter and served with a lemon sauce on the side. The sauce I received smelled 'off' so I didn't use it and so the chicken is essentially large flat chicken balls. It was super dry and bland. The only thing that wasn't disappointing was the steamed rice.

I have been getting take out for years but spent $70.00 to night and was so disappointed and what made it worse I had company.

Good portions, flavourful, and well worth the money. Sweet & sour sauce wasn't my favourite, but I find that is hit or miss anyways and not really their fault. Will be coming back for sure. Great job!

BBQ pork over salted, Sweet and sour chicken ball where fresh but tasteless, singapore noodles very good, fried wonton not the best. save your money , the service was terrible, go somewhere else!

They no longer open at 1130am or offer lunch specials so I no longer patronize the joint.Food: 3/5
