Don't make an appointment there if you have kids. We are being charged extra for having to cancel twice- 1st: due to a family members death 2nd: the babysitter cancelling out. We still haven't been there and now for us to go, we have to pay additional money. So it turned out the deal we purchased isn't a deal after all and we threw our money away cause life situations happen. Anyway beware if your schedule changes constantly cause they will charge you for it.

I came only for a massage, which was good but it was kind of unprofessional. At one point a vacuum was running which doesn't fit the vibe. They weren't super welcoming either and the location is underwhelming. It was not what I expected and would not recommend it.

After all the brews on the Bend Ale Trail we decided to bathe in one:) The staff is very friendly and informative. This is a very unique experience!

Definitely had a good start to my 21st birthday with a Hop in the Spa. Be in beer, drink beer, and relax. Was so nice.
