Nice but not the friendliest place. The aerie cafe staff was friendly though. They also advertise that kids eat free but there's a bit of wrangling there. Overall i would recommend it but don't expect them to go out of their way to make you comfortable. Pet friendly-ish and kid friendly. The grounds themselves are very beautiful. The restaurant choices and proximity to Redmond and bend are great. Aside from not feeling welcomed by some of the staff it wasn't bad at all for an older facility.

Great outdoor pool and hot tub for members. 2 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, wallyball, and game room.

Had a massage where the lady hurt my shoulder I contacted the spa and have not heard back. Did nothing to resolve the issue. Not happy.

Wonderful massage from Nancy! I would pass on herbal wrap but facial was wonderful too

The massage rooms are next to the locker rooms, not very relaxing when you hear kids yelling, doors slamming.

Very friendly people.  Nice indoor pool.
