Yes, It's popular and crowded during the summer. Yes, some of the spaces are less private than others. Yes, it can get loud with rowdy, drunk campers. But yes, it's totally worth it for the view of Hood and the close proximity to the lake. We stayed in #20 which I thought was better than most for privacy and we had enough space for 3 tents. Another bathroom on the loop would have been super, but overall, the one toilet was kept clean and the park hosts were on it. We will definitely make this one of our annual camping trips from now on. But maybe I should say it was awful, just awful and we may stand a chance of getting a reservation when we want it lol.
