Hometown Drive In

My husband said his pastrami on his burger was not very good and picked it off, there were also very little fries that came with the chicken strip basket but over all the food was okay. I went back up to the window to order a few raspberry shakes (heard they were some of the best) at 6:45 they told me they were closed and were about to turn off the machines and would not make us any shakes. That was strange since they were supposed to be open until 10 but closed before 7 pm. Teenage girls seem to run this place and have zero customer service skills. We took our business down the street for our shakes and were not disappointed!

Visiting Bear Lake for the first time in 15 years. Heard about these top rated fries. "Best in Utah!" Service was fast. Shakes were good. But, the fries let me down. Asked for a fresh batch-still chewy, but think I would love the seasoning on them. Went again the next day for lunch. The burgers and chicken strips were delicious! The fries let me down even more. No seasoning at all. Maybe next year.

Stopped here for some.fresh Raspberry Shakes...we were not disappointed. The shakes we're good, creamy and fast. Had to wait a while on our other food, but it was worth the wait. Fries are really good.

We visit Garden City 4-5 times in a summer. We have our favorite place to get burgers and shakes but having never tried this place, we decided to give it a go. When we received our order, we quickly realized that they had given us fries instead of onion rings. We reviewed the receipt which confirmed that they entered the wrong item. We took our receipt to the window and asked for the onion rings that we originally ordered. We were then told that they did not make a mistake and that if we wanted onion rings, we would need to wait in line again and pay for onion rings..... 20 minutes in line AGAIN and paying for the item we already ordered and did not get makes this joint "the worst costumer service in Garden City". Never again! Do yourself a favor and go to La Beaus, La Beaus Too or even Merlins!

Shakes are pretty good, service is poor. The server calling orders out this evening was very rude and unfriendly with us and we observed the same with all of the customers before us. I guess you can behave that way if your business relies on tourists rather than regulars, we definitely won't be back
