Bear Trapper Restaurant

Always Excellent food! One of the best restaurants I've eaten at. Every menu item they offer is unique to itself and can easily be claimed as their best meal! They also offer take out which is awesome for those who want to purchase an extra meal because its too hard to pick just one. Open All Year with a nice cozy atmosphere!

The service was horrible! My boyfriend got the prime rib and had to send it back because it was raw and cold, when it came back it was way over cooked and tough. I had a steak dinner and it was honestly the WORST steak I've EVER had! The streak was thin, overcooked, tough, and barely warm. No salads or sorbet served with dinner. The hostess looked like she was in her pajamas, very unprofessional. The restaurant was completely empty which should have been or first clue. WAY overpriced. We were extremely disappointed!!

Food was good except for the chicken in my grilled chicken Alfredo. The penne Alfredo was delicious...just not the chicken they put on it. It was the texture of it. Very strange. Not sure how they prepared it. Frozen prior?? Not a good texture at all. Service was fine. Dark restaurant would be nice if it had some windows.

Food was ok. It wasn't anything special. Some plates were very well proportioned and others were not at all and all around the same price. The service was good. Our favorite thing though, was the cream cheese stuffed pretzel....INCREDIBLE!!!! I highly suggest it! Just go for the dessert and forget the food!
