Outrageously priced. Almost $80 for 5 people. It's ridiculous that you have to pay extra for a beverage bar. My husband found a piece of hard thin plastic in his carrot cake. Informed the waitress and she said she would take it to the manager and show him. You would think the manager would at least come over to apologize and maybe offer something. Didn't hear a word and we sat and talked for a while. Bad customer service. Won't ever go back.

Foods good. Dinning room is clean. Kids enjoy it. Kids 11 and under 5.99 with drink. On Thursday its family night kids are $1.99.

Had a great time celebrating a family birthday with dinner at HomeTown. Good food great selection and friendly staff. I had baked fish which was unspecified as to its kind but it was moist and tender. The salad bar choices were many but one of the dressings was unspecified which might have been a vinaigrette or balsamic I was hoping for. Not knowing, I went for the thousand island instead. Also bypassed a pot pie which had no label but looked good. Overall, the meal was great and I was happy with my choices.

They have a big selection. Good soup, pretty good salad bar, (why we go there). They also offer taco/nacho bar. I just wish all the food wasn't sooo salty. The popcorn shrimp is sometimes inedible. We get there usually between 1-2 PM. Things are cold and dried out. I always wonder why Golden Corral can be so good and this place just can't.???

I really wanted to believe that HTB, and OCB alike, could somehow recapture a fond childhood memory. However, after this unforgivable experience, I’m sad to say I don’t think that can be possible; in the near future at least. Salad bar appeared decent. The division of the entrees by ethnicity was completely unnecessary and rather confusing, considering the food was a sad representation of each group. The chicken pot pie at first glance, looked appetizing, but under the uncooked dough, revealed the “raw” truth. All was not lost; the carved turkey was actually quite delicious as well as the marshmallow jello dessert. Furthermore, perhaps it was the holiday mood and season, but the staff was friendly and I appreciated their hard work. Maybe I’m wrong, but the food seemed very much prepackaged and frozen. I recommend introducing more fresh ingredients and produce that can be satisfying to cook, serve, and consume. I am no chef, food critic (although criticizing), or food guru. I am simply conveying my personal opinion. Oh, and I know what “pozole” is. Never heard of, “pazole.”
