Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Really good sandwiches! I like that online they tell you how many calories are in everything. Very helpful for gym goers. Fresh ingredients, they make it in front of you, and it's out in minutes. Just wish they had more around.

Nothing special. Slightly better than a "Subway" sandwich. Staff was helpful in suggestions. Place was clean. Liked the mixed berry smoothie.

Good sandwich, Mac & Cheese good. Dining area needs some cleaning. A little cleaner would certainly be helpful.

Food was good. Service was bad. Went to the one in Janesville over by Five Guys. Workers were messing around and had my aunt and I waiting for a bit before being served. Then the Hispanic kid came out, wiped his hands on his pants and asked what we would like without putting gloves on. I had to verbally tell him to put gloves on first lol. I mean I'm young too but damn I know to at least put gloves on. On top of that they forgot my avocado. They don't realize five guys is right next door and to be honest customer service is a huge deal these days with all the options available to us consumers. Fire that kid and get some good staffing.

The staff was friendly and the food was done quickly. They were very patient with us since it was our first time there. I had the pizza sub and it was tasty, but they put a handful of mushrooms on it and only one meatball. Half the amount of mushrooms and one more meatball and it would have been better. My son really enjoyed the live music that showed up to play his guitar and sing.
